Poor English, its because there only one Rooney in England while there are 10 Xavi in spain to let fabregas in the premier.
Just produce more Rooneys and they will be their in the Premeir and you will even start exporting some to France or Swtzerland may be! I see Jack Lilshare is becoming another Rooney but bring more. Rating :
