That's the most ridiculous comment I think I have ever read, am truly amazed at such stupidity. Hendry and Davis are were great snooker players of their day, some would argue that they still are, and I wouldnt offer any argument at all to that. But thats not important here, there's far too many mitigating circumstances which play a part in all of this. Davis, to me, is the most influential player the game as ever seen, all departments of his game were practically faultess, his manner, behaviour and ettiquette around the table were, and are, admirable. Hendry took all that Davis had and built on that, wheres other players didn't, or couldn't. This doesnt make them men apart in any way, it simply makes them the most consistant at what they were doing at that time. I won't elaborate on the rest of the comment regarding ' just because they fill a void ''... I find it impossible to stoop to that level of ignorance and arrogance, but then again, clearly we all find our own level. The most important thing to be learned from this lunatics comment is his immature impression that simply because somebody excels at a particulary sport, then it automatically makes them good people, which we all know, isn't true.
