I subscribed to this last year and they took my money every month but there was no way I could watch it, all I got was a blank screen and I think a few other people had this problem. When I tried to unsubscribe it kept telling me that I was not recognised even though they kept sending me messages to my email, so I am a bit loathe to subscribe again. Does anyone else have any solutions or indeed suffer with this same problem.
